Squirt & Skootch is committed to making sure you receive the freshest, highest quality greeting cards. Your order will be carefully protected and packaged to ensure safe delivery. Orders placed on our website before 3pm will generally be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 3pm or over the weekend will ship on the next business day.

Our default shipping method is the USPS. We like options and assume that you do too. Please choose a shipping type from the following list of choices:

First-Class Mail is a fast and affordable service for envelopes and packages. Delivery is in 3 days or less. It’s perfect for personal correspondence, bills, and light merchandise.

TERMS OF SALE AGREEMENT

Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction is our only goal. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, please let us know within 15 days. We will setup an exchange, refund, or credit.

All non-defective returns are subject to a 20 % restocking fee.  Before returning any item, you must contact us at orders@squirtandskootch.com or call 734-353-9725 within 15 days of your invoice date. In order to receive full credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition.  


Canceled Orders

Orders may be canceled unless they have already been shipped. If the order has already shipped the Return Policy applies.


Damaged / Wrong Items

Inspect your order upon arrival. If we shipped the wrong items, let us know and we’ll fix it.
